Dear Valued Customer:
It is with a heavy heart and great regret that I must inform you that, after much consideration and effort, I have made the difficult decision to close my business and file for bankruptcy. This decision has not come lightly, and it is due to insurmountable financial challenges and poor health that I have been unable to overcome.
Because of my health I was in the hospital several times this year and was not able to come in to work or deal with any of the problems or concerns that arose. I was out of work or was only able to work a few hours a week for over 7 months. I also incurred financial burdens borrowing what money I could to keep my business going. This put great strain on my business, forcing me to close.
Unfortunately, as a result of this closure, I am unable to fulfill many of the outstanding orders that are still pending, and I sincerely apologize. Despite my best efforts, I am unable to issue refunds for these unfulfilled orders as the money went to buying the aluminum in bulk.
Please know that the catalyst for our closure happened very quickly and my staff was unaware that we were closing until a few days before we closed our doors. This decision was made with a heavy heart, and I truly wish I could have found a way to resolve these challenges and continue to serve you.
The Registrar of Contractors also has a recovery fund (the Recovery Fund is a form of financial protection provided by licensed Arizona residential contractors to residential homeowners) where you may be able to recover your deposit. Contact the Registrar of Contractors to see if you qualify.
I have also made a deal with another contractor who hired several of my installers and they will happily service all your screens and are working to get the necessary parts to also install the screens I was not able to install.
Please call AJ Vasquez at 480-504-9744 to get your screens serviced and inquire about getting your screens installed.
